Hi, I’m a tech guy I used to work full-time as a Software Eng. for social media related product company. In my spare time I also used to build mobile websites to earn some more cash from mobile advertisement companies. But, I found it way too difficult to get traction on the mobile websites and I can’t afford to advertise on the mobile ad networks.
So, I decided to build my own mobile ad network where publishers don’t need to pay anything to generate traffic. A unique kind of ad network which works on barter system for traffic. I coded this in my weekends and launched it couple of months back. I was amused with overwhelming response, It attracted thousands of publishers and around millions of impressions per day within few months. I was able to generate a good amount of money as well.
I started getting positive response via emails from publishers requesting many more features and other mobile ad agency with various offers for partnering/Business development.
I realized 2 things after this :
- This project now can’t be handled as a weekend project. As the requirements are too high which requires a good amount of time and resources to fulfill which can’t be accomplished with my job.
- There’s a huge opportunity in this space which are waiting to get tap and I’ve already taken a good steps towards it.
Then I decided to quit my job and make this weekend project a full time company for which I started preparing my self mentally and financially by saving my 2-3 months salary.
Finally, around 3 weeks back I left my job, got a space for office, convinced some engineering friends to work with me without salary as a juniors (they just came out of college and were not getting job coz they r freshers so I promised them a good tech experience :P) and gave my old website a complete revamp.

What I’m looking for:
I can take good care of the Tech side – I need a co-founder who can head the business development of the company. Should have strong understanding of advertisement networks niche.
What I can offer:
Currently, The company is not funded by any investor so I can only offer equity as of now. I participated in speed dating to investors last month at TiE event (IIT Bombay) and got a good response from them so hopefully we will get funding soon. So a comprehensive salary after getting funded.
