why dont ecommerece website concentrate more on customers ???

I ordered a couple of items on fashionandyou.com but they shipped me just one item and for the rest items there is no response.

it merely says shipment under progress and company doesnt responds to your questions/mails etc

when i checked online for more such complaints , i came across quite a few. see a few compalints in below link….

My question is rather than spending obscene amounts on advertising or website, they should get their warehousing or deliveries in order before enticing customers????

  1. My experience has been similar & i too have given up. But i heard that they bulk buy from the suppliers and thus have the goods in their warehouse. Also, since they bulk buy, they are continuously discounting the same goods over and over again. Unlike 99labels who have on approval agreements with the suppliers.
