I was writing something for a client and thought of sharing it here as well.
Here’s wishing a happy father’s day to all current and would be entrepreneurs in advance…:)

Dear Dad,
Happy Father’s Day.
Actually,
I wanted to speak to you
about something.
I think I am dying.
I know you’re busy.
But I thought, I should
remind you about my
existence again.
Remember the day
when I was born?
You were so excited,
you couldn’t sleep.
You used to talk about
me the whole day.
But gradually,
things changed.
I was replaced
by your worries
and work.
You moved on.
I have been waiting since,
right where you left me.
Locked in this damp closet,
without hope.
Fed occasionally on late nights,
or weekends.
I miss you dad.
I too want to get out.
I too want to grow.
To become somebody,
you’d be proud of.
All I ask for is your time.
Your Patience.
This father’s day,
I hope, you’d take me out
and make me meet
your closest friends.
I hope you’d hug me
and give me all the love you have.
I know you love me.
I love you too.
