Have you ever faced any of these:
- Want medical consultation and couldn’t search for old prescriptions and diagnostic reports or in worst case have lost it
- Done the tests and for days couldn’t go to collect the records
- Consult a doctor at another location and was wondered how to share the reports
- Communication gap explaining the previous medical history to a doctor
Now, think of a solution giving you these benefits:
- Maintain multiple Hospital/clinics records under one centralised place.
- Automatic uploading of your records post diagnostics.
- Share records with anyone on a single click.
- No fear of losing your records for your lifetime.
Hi Everyone. We (the team at Medical U I) have developed a platform keeping in mind these basic necessities in the field of medical hospitality in India.
We, with our personal daily experiences had felt the need of a platform to bridge the gap between the patients & their health records. We felt that in this era of tough life, securely storing the records is one of the least things we care about although knowing the fact that health is the most important aspect at the end of the day.
Thereby, Medical U I has been developed in a manner that a person wouldn’t have to care about his records and automatically all of the same would be available under his Health ID whenever he needs it.
It functions in a very simple way. You get registered using the platform/healthcare facility > go to the partnered healthcare facility > get the diagnostic/check-up done > come back home. The reports will be uploaded by the healthcare facility under your Health ID in a secured manner. You can view it, download it and use it for any further references. So you get this, its not a rocket science!
We are trying to get as many facilities on board as possible. Just incase you happen to go the hospital which is not in our network, you still have an option to upload the documents and Medical U I will manage it for you.
We have developed this to transform the medical hospitality in the country and we would love to hear your feedbacks about it. We are here to digitise the entire of health sector in India and hence we are keeping the product more towards the generic segment.
Differences when compared to existing platforms:
1. The partnered healthcare facility will upload all your documents under your Health ID. So you don’t have to do it yourself.
2. Even the most rural section of the country who lack basic knowledge of using a computer can use Medical U I even without knowing that they are using the service.
We request you to visit Medical U I, use the platform & let us know your views on it. There are no charges involved in registration as of now. We would be immensely thankful for your feedback.

2. Even the most rural section of the country who lack basic knowledge of using a computer can use Medical U I even without knowing that they are using the service. To understand this more on this find below the example.
A person goes to the partnered healthcare facility where the facility will enrol that person using only 2 details (name & mobile number). Now a Health ID (Medical Unique Identification Number) is created for that person & he gets an SMS of the same information. This ID is just a combination of his country code, phone number and any one random alphabet, e.g., IN9999999999A. This makes it easier for him to remember.
Now all his post-checkup documents are automatically & securely uploaded. So next time he goes to any partnered facility, all he needs to do is tell them his Health ID & the Healthcare facility will take care of viewing his previous records & uploading his new reports.
So this way he carries all his reports for lifetime.

Thanks. Will do that.

My medical records are all kept in a file thanks to my wife Chhavi. Else they would have been in a mess.
So, there is a definite ‘need’ for this service.
The challenge is ‘forming a habit’
Since we dont go to doctors, use med transcriptions DAILY, its very difficult (IMHO) to use this app by remembering its existence. The challenge is to form habits, not just make really useful apps

Hi,
I am sorry for the late reply.
We have started the operations and have got some promotional traction.
Based on some advices we are including some other features as well.
The full development with applications should be out by the end of this month.
