Urgent Requirement

Dear All,

Today we launched a E-commerce site which has a PayU module. But unfortunately it’s not working. The PayU support team also is not available as it’s a weekend. This is really a urgent notice, so please direct me to the someone who is responsible of  PayU technical support team.

    pls use the search engine and comment on threads where rodinhooders have mentioned they use PayU

    which e-com site and the platform etc etc 

    the more details you can add the more it will help.

    ps: i’ve already pinged vasu with a few contacts suggested by rodinhooders.

    They will at least connect you to someone in tech. Let me know if you need emails ids as well

    He is the guy responsible for most tech stuff there. 

  8. In the payu module you need to remove the test kit file which keeps the order number in loop to a live one.

    Amit should be able to help you with this.

  9. You can connect on abhishek.tripathi@payu.in who has also assisted Vasudevan Uppili on a similar requirement and assistance. Have also updated Abhishek to look into your issue as well by redirecting, hope your issue gets resolved too Soon. Cheers!!

  10. Myself, Vasudevan also with our team, we developed a E-commerce portal in opencart Platform. and integrated the PayU module. Test Account is working properly but Live account is not working.

  15. That was an amazing experience. Never found such a responsive and responsible forum. Our issue got fixed with all your showering responses support and references. TRHS ROCKS. That makes me realize the great potential of the RodinHoods Once again. Thank you all friends. Never would have fixed this in such a quick turnaround without you people.

    It wouldn’t be fair if i didn’t mention the spontaneous support from the #PayU team. Though being a weekend the whole team was on line immediately to support and get this fixed. Thank you guys. Will do for sure more business with you.
