[An Idea] Speaking Missed Calls ( Building Database driven IVR over missed call )

Hi,

Just thought of taking your feedback over our ongoing idea,

https://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ5nSwtmrLsCeda_4uLqQ-QrmtcXjJc-QB-nwKY-yptnSFIFib9

Imagine, if you could interact with your customer, over a missed call? ( Where Interaction is a TRUE DATA EXCHANGE over a missed call )
If you could confirm order over the missed call?
If you could receive IVR Like responses over the missed call?
If you could receive TRUE Inputs from end user over the missed call?
If you could implement TRUE Dynamic and Intelligent Database driven IVR over the missed call?

Well, All this would be possible very soon.

We been trying to bring all this for you and have come up with Dynamic IVR over a missed call prototype, Where you can build an IVR flow over a missed call and your users can provide you key inputs without actually making a physical call. ( Yes, An idea is like Turning any standard phone number into a Toll Free )

Whats Special:
You can replicate pure dynamic IVR functionality over a missed call ( literally, without caller or callee being charged for the call )

Demo:
To experience it live, give a missed call to
+141-321-60245

( Please put a prefix + while dialing, You would not be charged for this call as the call would never get established )

Share your thoughts and inputs to us over hello@dial2verify.in and we would be happy to incorporate your suggestions.

  1. Looks like this could be used as any Event, POLL, Votes to gain feedback with IVR options.

    Though how can this be Setup for any Number ? (Be it Landline or Mobile, India) and can this be Changed too (timeframe and setup) required to get this done if not a DID number.

    The number for the Demo looks like a US number with +1 country code and the 10 digit number there after, though I did not get any Charge on the Time called for on the IVR, This might require ISD open to dial too right ?

    We still have the Meeting Pending 🙂

  2. Hi Darshan,

    Nice to see your response 🙂

    – Yes, We are now working on its integration part with local numbers / toll frees etc.
    – The IVR prompts can be completely customized ( Logic can even be connected to third party CRM systems / Dbs etc )

    – We currently were building this project for one of the US client and so i have re-published same number, which we used for build. ( will soon map it to Indian numbers )

  3. You Might need to think about Masking the Clients number, being on an Open forum the post may be Visible for a Lot longer time too as well 🙂 (Just saying)

    Or Post an Indian test number separately for Demo too if that works out, proposing a Co Entrepreneur Service number for TRHS with Policy on the IVR with options that can be worked out together in discussion and Work timings on the missed call Number for TRHS 🙂 If that could remain a permanent number as well too, no problems I guess, what say Alok, Asha ? Any other Suggestions would be wonderful too serving Multi purpose in the same time. (Thinking aloud)

    Also if this could be worked out with the Number as listed in the TRHS members User Profile for Verification with a Missed call to link as well…

    Am open for Discussions, as already conveyed to you many Times earlier as well, its about TIME you came outta your Shell 😛

  4. A good news for Developers / Business users, Now with simple english keywords, you too can build / customize your own missed call IVR flow.

    We currently are working on the XML Console part, which would enable you attaching missed call IVR logic ( to phone numbers ) by writing simple xml tags,

    A Simplest Missed Call IVR Logic would look like,

    <DialPlate>
        <Say>Hello, This is a missed call IVR demo </Say>
        <Listen Post=”https://Process/Input.php“>
          <Stream>https://Music.File/Abc.mp3</Stream>;
          <Say>If you liked this demo, Press 1</Say>
          <Say>If you hated this demo, Press 2</Say>
        </Listen>
    </DialPlate>

  5. Good news for developers !!

    You too can now build dynamic missed call IVR flows, using 4 simple XML Tags

  6. Hi,

    Checkout the improved sound quality, give a missed call to
    +141-321-60245

  7. Finally, We have successfully implemented dynamic missed call IVR for Indian users.

    Here is our India Toll Free demo ( in Beta )
    Dial 000-800-100-4321 ( dial including leading 3 zeros )

    With this we soon would avail Dynamic Toll Free IVR ( for verification / feedback / missed call campaigns ) in India.
    Shoot me an email at rahul.am@dial2verify.in for preOrdering

  8. Is this based on asterisk voip server ?
