Hi,
We’re launching an API for developers, where we would offer :
1) Tutorials / FAQ System
2) A forum for us to post Best Practices, for developers to start topics of their own
3) A ticketing system for users to raise issues not already in the Forums
4) User management – so that we can define roles for our team, who would be able to handle each of the different types of support functions
5) Easy ways to convert mail threads in tickets to new posts on a Forum. (nice to have)
Would anyone have suggestions of a solution to use?
Some systems I’ve come across are :
a) Zendesk (looks scalable – anyone using this?)
b) Parature ( expensive ! )
