Hello, we are www.artbugs.in – an online store for artistic consumer products from categories like Home Decor, Fashion & Furniture. Our site is live since 2 years on OpenCart & went live 2 months back on Magento. We now have some urgent customizations for Magento (Version 1.9.x) which is a small project. Once successfully done we will have major work over the next 12 months. We are in talks with Tier 1 Venture Capitalists in India to close a Series A funding in 2 months. However for now in our crunch time we want a good Developer/ Company to help us and there is large work as IT will continue to be outsourced by Artbugs. A few requirements are:-

- We have lost page rank heavily due to change in URL structure. We need to Submit Site to google for verification for which changes are needed in magento backend
- We want some corrections to be done in SSL
