- Draft Seller’s Agreement
- Draft Buyer’s Agreement
- Draft Generic Website Agreement
- Miscellaneous
Request & Experience Required :
- Prior Experience with such agreements – specially eCommerce market place.
- Experience with Food & Licensing – since our website would deal into ingredients as well like chocolates, food color, fondant, dehydrated fruits, nuts, flavors etc.
