We are in process of setting up an inbound call center for our customer support team.
Right now majority of business will be driven by multilingual call center while we automate our process and it is imperative that we have a good tracking mechanism, need your help to understand which CRM software to use, open source will be desirable.
Also, any reference on toll free number provider VOIP/PRI provider will also be helpful.
Also please share, which is better option VOIP pbx / PRI ?
