for all new e commerce kids, its getting difficult to understand what is Cash on Delivery and in INDIA few players already in market like chootu.in, delhivery, gharpay etc etc and few more coming in with unique features
I want to ask, how many people used the above services? How you rate them? if any problem with them please do share.. it really helps a lot
