Hey guys I just found out Rodinhoods and you can say Iam pretty much elated to find a active community of doers.
I just graduated and looking for a startup in e-commerce. Just wanted to ask what are the challenges in e-commerce in india specially where ppl are still reluctant to buy online and do you think startups will stand up against big names like flipkart.
I mean lot of companies do suffer from losses due to ‘cash on delivery’ scheme. Do you think it is feasible for start up to start with COD? What is your opinion on this. And other opinions and questions, solutions are most welcome. I am 21 and pretty new to this world, so hoping to find some answers here.

As I say to everyone, consumers know what they want but don’t know what they need. If your startup does something revolutionary and can tell consumers that – “Hello consumer, look at our product/offering/service, this is what you need going forward”, then you are safe and your stance against big names is 100% guaranteed. For other nitty details about COD, we can take this discussion forward in the forums as pointed out.
