Hi all ,, I am selling on eBay for a month now for Bangalore. I have had really good sales for all my products. I am unable to find reliable, fast and cost efficient couriers. I have been using India Post – Speed Post. They some times deliver on time and sometimes quite late. Being the most economical I have been sending through them. But recently one of my package was not delivered even after 10 days. secondly another customer received damaged package and a part of the stuff stolen.
Please suggest me a better option for this. I have improved my packaging for now but time is a major factor for customers.
