Looking to hire an Operations Manager, someone with credible experience either in a food startup, or as a Restaurant Manager. Founding Team is well worth its weight in the industry, and extremely fun and awesome to work with!

The best fitment to this role would ideally have experience in managing a dozen member team, inclined to aggressive growth, not just for the company but also for himself or herself. You get to recruit, build, play, and have a great time running this company as part of the Core Team!

Responsibilities: 

– Leading an Operations Team of young and ambitious folks, with focus on constantly upping the benchmark! 

– Responsible for sustaining and growing the city’s revenues with P&L responsibilities 

– Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations 

– Leading the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360 degree view from Customer care to Delivery Executive safety to Optimal utilization of resources 

– Manage the administration function and operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible 

– Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team 

– You are a competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region 

– You are self-motivated and derive energy from people and ideas, and know how to get the best from the available resources 

– Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
