I recently got some domain names and before starting some real service, I just want to park it.
I want to launch my service later, but is there any free service available that provides free hosting for coming soon pages?

You’ll need a hosting account on something that supports wordpress. Hostgator is good. There are quite a few wordpress plugins/themes that you can use to achieve what you want. Search for ‘coming soon wordpress theme’ or plugin.

First: if your site is not active, good domain providers provide their own free landing page
but if you haven’t, the best deal is to create a blog on blogger.com like my service.blogspot.com
and then you can add your custom domain FREE so that your blog will become myservice.com
once you decide on hosting, you can remove this blog and its settings
