   Hi Puneet,

   The Deed can be in both the languages, but Marathi is compulsory for the registration in the Government.

   Thus you can make it in English also.

   You have resourced your requirement to Your CA and you don’t Believe him as well ? 

   Did You check the requirements with anyone who might have done this earlier or some other CA too, or search about the Deed requirements online too before posting it ?
