Dear All,
My dad has an empty office space in Nariman Point, Mumbai and three in Tardeo, Mumbai. I would request you to give me ideas on what I could do to commercialize the spaces?
Some of the ideas that I had was:
Tardeo:
1. Co-working Space– Having run a startup myself, I think it would be a great way enable entrepreneurs to have a space of their own; walking distance from the station. It also has a restaurant on the same floor to hold meetings!
2. Doctor’s Polyclinic– Since the three spaces in Tardeo are internally connected, they could be easily converted into a polyclinic.
3. Corporate Leasing– This would be the easiest way to commercialize. But what is the best way to get clients?
Space Details- Three offices – around 100 sq ft each
Nariman Point: Again, what should we do here?
Space Details: 670 sqft with an attached bathroom (semi-furnished)
Any other ideas? It would be great to hear from entrepreneurs on what are the other potential ways to commercialize?

Dear Neha,
I am surely interested to have a look at Tardeo place. May be we can work jointly or it can be a plain leasing. We are planning to start an academy for specialized telecom and related technical skills training. Please call me when convenient.

Hi,
I have 2 businesses
1. Avian Real Estate.(real estate brokering firm) 2. Shaalaa.com (startup in education space)
Being a real estate professional with knowledge of startups this is my suggestion.
100 sq feet 3 offices, you are better off leasing these to someone. separately of together, its a call you take based on the clients requirement who would be in front of you.
Not sure why polyclinic, if you know a doctor or you are one. (personal call here)
670 sq feet. – Here also i suggest to lease it out.
For a business of co-working space you need much larger sq feet than mentioned to make is a viable profitable business. the daily nuances will not be worth the time and money in small sqfeet.

Thanks Anthony! Would it be possible for you to share your email Id/ number. Could I use the services of Avian to rent out the spaces?
