Customer Expereince Advocates – CEAs

Hi everyone,

My company SatisFIND with its global HQ in Manila is looking for people who would be keen to share their customer experiences with us.

SatisFIND pioneered the concept of customer experience measurement in India and Philippines. We have for the past decade partnered with leading companies across various industries for Customer Experience Measurement (CEM) studies. CEM studies provide companies with valuable information and insights about their own customer service delivery and front-line sales performance through the evaluations of real customers whom we call Customer Experience Advocates (CEA).

We currently have requirements for CEAs in the following cities India – Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Goa, Bhubneshawar, Noida, Gurgaon and Bangalore. Those in other cities may also register as and when we have assignments we will invite you to them.

I hope I can get the enterprising community on Rodinhoods to get involved in evaluating customer service delivery. We are looking for individuals who would like to make a difference by sharing their experiences as customers. Feedback from your customer experience will help improve the quality of service delivered by the various establishments we have partnered with.
