Delivery Head / Head – Engineering Services – New Delhi

The key Attributes we are looking for in a candidate:

• Excellent communication skills a must
• Strong 14+ years of industry experience with minimum 5+ years in leadership role.
• Should be currently playing a role of Program Manager, Delivery Head, Professional Services Head or any other role of similar capacity.
• Strong Experience in managing PMO or has been a key player in setting up PMO.
• Experience of delivering both small and large projects, including Web, Mobile and Enterprise Applications.
• Should have handled achieving accreditations like CMMi Level 3 or 4 or have been a part of the core team to achieve the same at least in one of the previous experiences.
• Experience of managing P&L, project financials and budgets
• Experience in handing multiple projects, large portfolios and team of minimum 100 plus people

Work Responsibilities at high level :

• Project portfolio management in professional services environment
• Leading multi-functional, multi-location teams
• Managing the teams of project managers, technical managers, leads, BAs, developers, designers and QAs
• Ensuring adherence to Quality process, standards and complete quality control.
• Monitor risks in projects and define mitigation plans
• Handling Client Communication, crisis management, up-selling and Pre-sales support.
• Ensuring healthy pipeline of projects by cloely collaborating with business development teams
• Manage Pre-sales analysis and estimation process to ensure right technical estimates are given
• Managing project financials and increase profitability from various teams and technology segments
• Strategizing company offerings in collaboration with top management and business development teams based on profitability, company’s objectives, resource availability and market trends
• Lead PMO and improve project management practices and regular upgrades.
• Collaborate with various departments and contribute in processes and environment building.
