Nice to be there in Open House second time, actually I want to know about some funding tips, I also have my Startup in gaming but being as a technical guy hard to difficult for me about the Share, Stake , Equity?
I have my one partner now I am taking care of business, but he is core into technical things, but some people also want some shares over there and I am confused that how this structure works, Please suggest me how we can over come this problem.
Please help me that what is the difference in Equity, Stake and Shares.
