Who should apply: Graduate/ Post graduate well versed with MS Office, internet, verbal and written communication, looking to become a social media, community and digital expert working at a high growth start up
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers may apply, MBAs with interest in consumer internet start- ups and social media)
Description:
– This is a key customer facing role for one of the fastest growing online parenting communities
– She/he is responsible to lead members’ acquisition, member verification, listening, social media website activity and online analytics. This is a core role and shall be instrumental in parents’ engagement in the community
– Someone who is keen to excel in the new age, social media and a digital business would enjoy this role, especially if the individual is fluent in communication and is good with her inter-personal and linguistic skills
– She/he would be working closely with the Brand, marketing, content, technology and business team.
– She/he shall be responsible to the Brand Manager who leads customer acquisition & engagement
