We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Strategist candidate for iDreamCareer.com.
The position required experience of developing digital marketing strategy for an e-commerce portal. The candidate will lead a team of 4-5 members including SEO/IT expert, content writers etc. to lead and implement various digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, twitter and Google Search for iDreamCareer.com.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that engages school students from age group 13-18.
- Project, Plan & Generate targeted inbound user registrations on iDreamCareer.
- Define social media strategies and own the execution of day to day social media activities on all social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Measure and report on performance of social media marketing campaigns to the Senior Management
- Monitor dialogue across social media channels, handling replies and generating discussion in a timely manner
- Use social media monitoring tools to document conversations and create metrics reports
- Create a comfortable and engaging social media customer-facing environment
- Build relationships with online customers, through blogging, Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels
- Utilize usage statistics from Analytics tools to guide strategies on Paid Ads, Social Media Content and Website(Architecture, Layout or functionality
Education: Graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Any Postgraduate, preferred MBA-Marketing
Core Competencies: Experienced in developing and implementing Online media strategies across various platforms: PPC, Facebook, SEO.
Remuneration: Salary no constraint for right candidate, with incentives based on website performance in revenues.
Experience/ Commencement: 3 years minimum proven record; immediate joining.
