Consider this. You go to a business conference of several hundred people working in similar areas as yourself. You are likely to meet atleast a couple of dozen people and exchange visiting cards. By the end of day you will have a deck of such cards to handle, store and arrange for future use.
There seems to have been very little change in the way we share our information. We still rely on exchanging business cards. In the age of Linkedin and Facebook, it does seem a little cumbersome.
Would it not be easy to share this information digitally? I have been working on a concept. Its called DigiVisi, short for Digital Visiting card. Its currently live at https://digivisi.in . Its a cute little service where you scan a QR code with your smartphone and the contact information is directly downloaded to your phonebook.
I am just wondering if people will want such a service? and if yes, how should I market this?

Looks interesting. It would make a perfect product if you add some more information like company website, social media profile links etc.
Thanks, all the best!

Hi Rijul
Nice initiative. I was able to create a QR code of my own but when scanned the same, the webpage to which it routes displays a 404 not found error. Please have a look.
Thanks!
