Hey Kamna, congratulations for starting up. Your site looks neat and I loved the name. Its good that you have partnered with brands and got some traction already. But I have a small question. Why are you diluting the essence of the brand by selling regular gifts on your site, such as flowers and cakes. Frankly speaking, your name is good for a site selling and distributing gift vouchers but not for the site selling flowers or cakes. I went to your site thinking about vouchers but there I encountered everything else prominently displayed and talked about except vouchers. Trust me, the surprise was not pleasant. You dont want your customers to get confused. The site is really good in terms of design as well as functionality and you dont want to lose out on the branding front.So I have a little advice for you, either have focus and stick only to vouchers or have a different name for your site.

Hi Sachin, thanks for your feedback. I know this response is bit too late but honestly we were just figuring out within ourselves what our vision for vouchersmate is. So here it is about a year later, we are now strongly positioned as a complete gifts shop. Implementing your suggestion, we have changed the brand name but for search engines consideration the shop is running both at http://www.vouchersmate.com and http://www.giftsmate.net. Will be looking forward to your feedback on the new name and our site now! Thanks! 🙂
