Ok, i am visiting this site after a long time now and I am absolutely astonished the way this platform has become from a Tier-3 single runway airbase to Heathrow for entrepreneurs(and wannabes)
The portal has got loads of motivational stories, juicy anecdotes infact becoming a online Stanford for entrepreneurs but I dont see a specific hangar which can be called the main “production line” – Ideas
A place where ONLY ideas with execution strategy seeking specific help which attracts the right people(THE DOERS)
Eg.
Idea/Proposal : Want to start an online DUKAAN for festival shopping only
Execution strategy : Lining up 5 more guys as co-founders, already programming the platform
Whats my problem : Needs HOT cash/cheques/DD or even angels
Why should you Pay me : i will show you Scalability, projections, numbers bla bla
Who the hell am I : I co-founded a weird portal which ran awesomely for 2 years, made 1 lakh INR and sold it mid-air before it crashed….
In above such way only cool or the “required” dudes/audience which will make a substantial contribution in helping the guy/chic will only post(we can request only those willing to PAY or investors ONLY in the above case should respond)
The intent is to STREAMLINE or narrow down help and making sure it reaches to the entrepreneurs or kings. This can also become a idea box for those who want to invest(i am scared to use heavy duty words like angels, VCs etc.)
Hope this makes some sense to someone !

also, a lot of stories related to ‘startup ideas looking for feedback’ are posted under STARTUP in discussions.
we’ve been thinking of separating ‘startup feedback’ as a category – let me see how i can re-arrange the posts…
also, we share regular updates on fb & twitter so that members get to know of important/relevant/wow startup stories/ideas and can read the ones relevant to them. Every post in JOBs is also shared.
so we’ve been trying to steamline things gradually. and we’re evolving everyday…. 🙂
but yes, let’s hope more rodinhooders are inspired to share their rocking, igniting ideas after reading your post…!
