Do your customers love you?

Hello Fellow Rodinhoods,

How are you doing and how is your Dhandha Paani going? Isn’t this the question we all hate answering when some old friend, family or fellow founders ask us? I have prepared a custom answer and a typical face expression to answer it. I shrink my eyes a little and purse my lips with a little smile and I nod “Its tough but going good”. 

Anyways I think I just lost the track why I am here.. So coming to the point –

Fellow Founder,

What are you doing to make your customers love your brand? Will they choose you over some other brand even when you are selling the similar product/ service at a higher price? 

Ask yourself these two questions today and drop me a mail if you want to have a little chat about how we can make your customer love you

  3. One of the biggest advantage (or disadvantage) is we all have what we need. We are purchasing our wants and so its more emotional purchase than logical. That’s where loving customers can give you an edge!
