Eatelish: The journey so far!

This was our first post on TheRodhihoods (it’s when we became Rodinhooders  :-)) and talked about our subscription boxes Eatopian Delights and starting a business, we continued in a very ad hoc manner to share tidbits about the next few boxes, our debut at the Farmer’s Market, ask for things where we needed help. Over the last couple of years day to day operations ate up pretty much all our time.

Last week I was interviewed by Asha and had loads of fun, promised myself that we would share our journey so far. It’s been a fun ride with ups and downs, learning, and growing up and we have enjoyed every bit of it. Working on this presentation was like going through a family album and reliving the memories.

We hope you enjoy reading this as much as we loved making it.

  1. wow tanul. what an incredible journey! it’s been what – 3 years?!

i love the way how it all started at mocha :))))) i think all things awesome start in cafes!!!!!!

i think my fave slide is #5 :))))

what i also like is how you’ve chosen to weave in stories with food! i think stories, conversations and recipes are inseparable. i mean, our life revolves around food. wherever i go and meet someone i don’t even know, food becomes an easy topic to talk about. i have even exchanged recipes in the swimming pool!

i reckon, foodpreneurs who ignore conversations are missing out on a big opportunity to connect with people!

more power to eatelish and artisan food!

  2. hey tanul, check out place of origin – they’re into what they call “ethnic food”

  3. Hey Asha, Thank you for take time off to give us such a lovely and detailed feed back, At Eatelish we believe that food creates memories, evokes nostaligia and builds communities and does so much more than just quell a single need and we try and reflect that in the way we bring food and food stories.
