FILLING THE GAP……..

That day was fun to go at Bandra-Kurla Complex at U.S.Consulate General for an interview. And so I reached there.At U.S.Consulate General office,they have banned use of mobile phones in premises, but I went there with a mobile, hoping that i may get a locker rental.

I reached there at 8.30am, interview was scheduled for 9 am. And here was the problem, where should I keep my mobile? There were no locker facilities available. I asked few people out there but again they were leaving and refused to keep the phone for some time. Out there was a tea stall, I requested him to keep my mobile for some time but he denied and pointed towards a maruti 800.

I approached that car and was astonished to see…..it was a mobile rental locker, i gave him my mobile and bike keys,he registered my name and gave me a token and asked for 200rs, I handed over to him and just asked him how many people on average rent with you on daily basis? He replied, “50-100”.

And yes you calculated it right 100renter*200rent=20000/day. So now further scaling it up…..20000*26days=520000/month,shall we scale it some further to years…no i suppose you understood what i mean to convey…..

A MARUTI-800 without moving from its place generates such income…..so you have maruti , and want to sell kya??? do let me know……. So, so what?..ever imagined what can a maruti do? Investment just gets break even within a single month………

So what do we learn here…….

#1 Spotting the gap-Here it was non availability of lockers.

#2 Filling the gap-In this case it was something keeda innovation with maruti 800.

#3 Be a rodinhooderrrrr – to notice( or do) such keeda things…….
