Female Co-Founder position for a dating app…
Hello !
Anyone who has ever used any dating app, would agree with me that along with humongous problems that human race is facing like, food, water, energy, health care for all, affordable medicines, cure for cancer, education for all etc; lack of a dating app which can actually work can be counted as one of the huge problems staring at this planet.
I mean, meeting new people, with whom you can take things forward, should not be so darn tough.
When I was using these myriad of dating apps, sometime back, boy I thought I’d rather work on producing nuclear fusion in a glass tumbler, rather than trying to date a girl.
And what happened, I gave up on dating.
I did not pick up nulcear fusion, but I thought that, if there is a way for me to date a woman, it is not gonna happen unless I fix this dating scenario and I started working on this…
Requirements for a co-founder of this dating app( the name is still in the wraps, but has been fixed) are-:
a) You are a female.
b) You have a masters degree in Psychology.
c) You have some amount of behavioural psychology related work experience.
d) You could be based out of anywhere, but in future, you would have to re-locate to Pune,India in order to work full-time as co-founder.
Note-: In case you do not fulfill any of the b,c and d criteria listed above, you can still write in explaining, why you are still a fit for the position.
Perks of this position are-:
a) This is a full-time paid position.
b) This would come with substantial equity component in the company.
c) You get to dirty your hand, in anything and everything, related to company.
