For me that would be my boss and his boss, and they will fill in for the other 3 spots too. Do I really want to be like them? NO!! Don’t get me wrong, they are smart, Ivy League educated and make lots of molaah. But that doesn’t motivate me. I want to work toward something more fulfilling. I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur…so what the hell …let’s get started. There is no time like the present.
The Idea
SAAS solution for the enterprise clients to manage and retain their best employees. An analytics and design based approach to help companies harness the full potential of their best assets, their employees.
The team
The journey from an idea to a product to a company is a long haul and only a great team can make this transition seamlessly. An A+ team with a B+ idea will be more successful than a B+ team with an A+ idea.
I am looking to build the best startup team – friends with whom I can collaborate to build something valuable and most importantly enjoy the journey

As a cofounder I am looking to collaborate with someone who is sharp, has the desire and willingness to work hard, flexible and most importantly a nice & fun person to work with. However, having any combination of the below skills would be great;
*Test analytics/data mining/NLP/machine learning
*Design focus/design thinking
*Strong backend/frontend knowledge
*Cloud/SAAS/Salesforce experience
Do not have to know all but must have the willingness to learn and get the task done
