I am thinking if possible to have a founders meet where founders of companies with at least 5 crores ( or 1 crore if that’s too high) in revenues meet to discuss about the challenges they face
The meet can be once a month for about 2 hours.
Agenda should be Pre defined so that members can get time to think about issues which other members want to discuss about.
We can try to have one marquee talker like Alok or mahesh murthy or vishal Gondal or a VC / angel talk ..
Basically the aim is to form a peer group where you can set goals for each month and then report in the next meeting the status of those goals and any plus or minus points.
Currently looking at mumbai participants ..
Any thoughts ??
