We had been using naukri.com since last 5 years to recruit candidates for various positions like PHP Developer, HTML Developer, Website Design etc. Over the years I have found that their product is not very user friendly and don’t provide options to maintain history, track records of candidates or schedule interviews etc specially incase of start-ups like us, not using expensive HRM software available in market or offered by naukri.com
Hence a month back we decided to build a simple system to help ourselves and people like us to effectively manage their recruitment and gradually build their own database and also manage candidate history.
Who can use it?
Answer is : Anyone using Naukri’s job classified posting.
What are the benefits?
- Its FREE! Yes No Monthly or Annual Cost.
- Helps you manage Jobs & Upload Response (download response in xls format).
- Manage Candidate’s Job Application & Interview History – So you know how many times the candidate has applied to your company, what was his status in last interview etc etc.
- Schedule Interviews & View Interview Calendar.
- Create Template for Emailing Job Profile / Interview Schedule Email – If you have multiple jobs and hiring for multiple profiles, create separate profiles to send automated emails to candidates.
This is our first try to see the performance of the system and feedback received from fellow startups? I am also attaching the template that is downloaded through naukri.com, to help you understand in what format the template needs to be uploaded to the system.
Basic Instructions to create Template:
Please remove job name, date of download, total resume and next row from the xls sheet.

It means, that people who are using Naukri’s Job Classified features can download the responses in XLS features, as a standard feature provided by Naukri and then upload it on our platform to create their own database and schedule interview etc
I would recommend people using naukri should start using the platform and share their valuable feedback.
