With social gaming having exploded on to the scene in the last few years, do you feel there is a potential for game mechanics to be applied in business settings (thing about customer loyalty and e-commerce, etc) and in workplaces (eg. leaderboards to track performance)? Are companies in India already doing this? If so, which ones are leading the way? If not, what are their apprehensions? In theory, all major phenomena, be it social or mobile have made their way into the mainstream after having burst onto the scene-was thinking if gaming will also follow the same route.
