I would like to know if someone can help me with GoDaddy, its been 48hrs and I am still unable to access our servers. We have no updated from them.
- Why there is no email support?
- I cannot generate a support ticket, I don’t understand why?
- The customer support don’t have any idea? I have made server calls.
I had sent several emails to Mitali Chopra – mchopra@godaddy.com but no response.
I got an email from Nabeel Siddiqui – nsiddiqui@godaddy.com that he is not working on my issue – but no update since last 24hrs+
I understand today is Sunday, but how could they ignore a customer’s email, when their services are down since last 48hrs.
It is surprising that these problem have started emerging after their Indian operation. So my biggest question is:
- Why are we Indian treated like us?
- Why does the service quality deteriorate, after a company start’s its Indian operation?

Are you on Windows server by any chance?
They’ve reported issues for a few customers routing thro’ EU/Asia DNS.

switch to rackspace , bit expensive but way better than godaddy

Even I have approx 5 accounts, all are working fine, except 1. The error is same which is showcased in this system alert page.
I have tried calling them and speaking to them on chat (US Time), but they have refused to raise a ticket, since its a known issue. I don’t understand why?
Surprisingly, they fixed it, but again if I have 5 FTP account 3 are working and 2 are not working, they asked me to change password, I did it but no luck.
This has been the worst service since last 5 years.

Anoop, even i have 6 accounts with GoDaddy, the problem is with their 1 account only. It is the Ultimate Classic Hosting which has been affected.
