As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating, managing and controlling the marketing campaign across all digital channels i.e. search (SEO/SEM, SMO, Display), web, social media, email, mobile, video and so forth. Generate quality leads and meaningful inbound traffic by promoting Counterpoint brand, analysts, research and insights. 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience, knowledge and proficiency in planning and executing SEM, display, paid social campaigns, Press Releases, Newsletter & Email Campaigns.

  • Experience with online advertising platforms such as Adroll, Google AdWords, Twitter and Facebook.

  • Good understanding of various online ad formats

  • Knowledge and interest in Smartphones, Internet, Mobile Ecosystems, Tech industry in general

  • Prior experience in inbound marketing, paid search, social media, lead generation, mobile marketing or email marketing preferred but not required

  • Experience with website and Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress is key

  • Good spoken and written communication skills with a high proficiency in English language

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams

  • Minimum undergraduate degree with 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • SEO and Digital Marketing

  • PR content creation and relationship management with press and Industry Public Relations/Analyst Relations professionals

  • Marketing activities

  • Handling inbound sales requests and managing the database for prospects, clients etc.

  • Devising and executing monthly marketing plans around SEO, PR, inbound marketing, content marketing etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Come up with new ideas and new ad programs for customer acquisition, retentions

  • Work with research team, business development team, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive ad campaigns that are ROI focused

  • Understand consumer behaviour and use Big Data to harness users, able to run analytics

  • Drive all digital marketing activities including – search marketing (SEO / PPC), display media, mobile and social media, affiliates-marketing, lead generation and digital partnerships

  • Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter advertising for lead generation- targeting, budgeting, implementation, optimization, monitoring and analysis of ads

  • Media strategy: develop media drive research for consumer understanding, market gaps and industry trends

  • Drive online site development with global team, optimize website for conversion using technique like A/B testing

  • Monitor ROI for bought, own and earned media, initiate tracking studies and campaign effectiveness

  • Work closely with internal team members for media & touch-point strategy, PR, earned media, customer marketing, visibility

  • Brand communications regularly churn out fresh communication for digital media- through the in-house team as well as creative agencies.

  • Regular competition mapping and research, media planning and budgeting, in line with the strategic goals of the brand
