[The original post on our blog.]
Hammer and Mop is a fast growing startup, providing premium cleaning and professional upkeep services to homes and offices across Mumbai. In 2 years of operations, we have built a solid reputation of good customer service and consistent quality. Many of our patrons are HNIs, expatriates, corporates and consulates. We’ve been featured in top publications (electronic, print and digital) across the country and are arguably the best cleaning services company in Mumbai.
Well, Stannis Baratheon gets to keep Storm’s End in our story! We are welcoming a team member on board, someone who will be given the necessary freedom and decision making authority. As time passes, the position will be stronger and if interested, we’re open to sharing the crown. Worthy lies the head that bears the crown at Hammer and Mop 🙂
How can I help spread the word?

Head of Ops?
For a startup as young as yours?
Shouldn’t the FOUNDERS be Ops Head and LITERALLY THE JANITOR (Pun intended)?!
Dude – You CANT HAVE ANY HEADS OTHER THAN YOUR OWN FOR THIS FUNCTION!
Ops = Business
Business = Survival
Survival = Growth
I’m still running ops after 15 years 🙁

Hey Alok, thanks for your comment. While Founders ought to hold all the reins and the buck ought to stop at our tables, I’m sure you’ll agree that we need to delegate the tasks to the right people too and build a strong team in the process in order to grow. My business consists of two crucial verticals- Operations and Communications. If I get stuck doing either, the other will suffer. Plus, I’ll be deep in day-to-day happenings thus leaving no time out for meetings of various kind. Getting a Head of Ops on board, in addition to the existing Heads will help me build a strong team. I work closely with them all. We’re family 🙂 Thanks again.
