Hammer and Mop is a fast growing startup, providing premium cleaning and professional upkeep services to homes and offices across Mumbai. In 2 years of operations, we have built a solid reputation of good customer service and consistent quality. Many of our patrons are HNIs, expatriates, corporates and consulates. We’ve been featured in top publications (electronic, print and digital) across the country and are arguably the best cleaning services company in Mumbai.

We see our Head of Operations as a strong team builder who builds on established SOPs, manages team efficiency and ensures steady workflow. As a prominent core member, she/he will be working closely with the Founder, our Heads of Communications & Marketing and super cool grey haired advisors on board. Responsible for service delivery and client satisfaction. As we work on projects focusing on productizing our service offering by leveraging technology, an Operations Head with design thinking capabilities plays a key role 🙂

What does the Head of Ops get?

Well, Stannis Baratheon gets to keep Storm’s End in our story! We are welcoming a team member on board, someone who will be given the necessary freedom and decision making authority. As time passes, the position will be stronger and if interested, we’re open to sharing the crown. Worthy lies the head that bears the crown at Hammer and Mop 🙂
