The startup:
Hammer & Mop (Pvt. Ltd.) provides premium cleaning services across Mumbai to high end homes and offices. We have teams who go, clean and return. In essence, this is not a facilities/housekeeping company. We specialize in cleaning and are damn good in what we do. We’re young and open to new ideas.
Is this business exciting?
We focus on service delivery, client experience and brand communication online. What we do is very personal since we clean up homes. We have to ensure a delightful experience and that challenge makes this business very exciting.
Clientele?
We have senior business leaders, a few celebrities and top VCs as our customers. And they seem to be happy. The list is growing so we have good exposure to offer.
What is expected from the Client Relations officer?
Passion, effective communication, empathy and willingness to go that extra mile. We’re a startup and sacrifices (blood shed in battle together) will only bring the team closer. We’re growing and we’d love you to grow with us. Money is only a by-product.
