nailbites wanted to get in touch with its old client base.
The reason was simple. These were the initial guys who believed in the idea of nailbites and trusted us with our services.
We planned a mailer to be circulated that would evoke a sense of bonding and the respect that we hold for each of them.
A casual attitude was maintained in the copy and in the design to make sure they connected with it.
The below is the mailer that we circulated.
To our surprise, we started receiving calls within hours from clients with whom we haven’t been in touch for so long.
They sounded happy and promised us a Tea soon.
That’s the magic of being honest in your approach.
No matter how professional you are, when it comes to maintaining a relationship, you ought to be honest in your message and intent.
