Hi All,
I was always confused about how to validate your Idea.As I have started working on one the model before and stopped it only after 2 months because I found it not feasible after some point that gives me immense learning but wave off my two months.
So, this time i thought of first validating the idea and then proceed further.
Being an aspiring entrepreneur and though of business models in numbers, I filter out the one to implement – Automating the event processes (online event management).
As number of operations are involved in organizing an event, we are trying to make number of operations online and centralized.
Say,
1) Organizer can create a event page.
2) Users can poll to define the Agenda/ Venue for event.
3) Users can book tickets via same page.
4) Event page will be promoted to multiple Social media sites.
5) Organizer can create and print nametags and badges for participants, speakers, etc.
6) Feedback about the event be collected from participants after event and analytical report is sent to organizer in forms of table, charts and graphs.
Number of different sites are already doing ticket booking, feedback, printing badges, etc. but they are masters in only 1 field and we want to combine all these processes and make it centralized .
I wish feedback about this Idea from the rodinhoods.
Please tell if any such service is already doing this stuff or What more we can add to this .
Thanks 🙂

Hi
May be they are each doing only one thing coz the market MIGHT be such that its better to the master of one than jack of all. Explore that as well.

Thanks for suggest.
But evite is only for invitation purposes.

The idea sounds good but at the beginning it would be a real chicken-n-egg situation faced by all major social media platforms today. You would have to make this automated platform a.popular b.easy to use c.easily accessible on any device
I guess you should try validating it by actually implementing it for college events in the neighborhood. The youth are more comfortable in adopting new tech & spreading the word.
Also, by “taking polls on the agenda” I assume you mean topics of the event. IMHO, this should be restricted to the topics only. The agenda should be fixed & should not be polled for.
I don’t have too much experience / knowledge abou event apps except Meetup & Eventbrite. A niche market you could think upon could be get private togethers, meet ups for close friends / relatives etc. generally these are done on chat apps like whatsapp & tend to be disorganized.
All d best !!

It will be better idea to implement it for college events. I will try their first.
