Ours is a wellness E-Commerce Startup. We are thinking about outsource our HR function at the organisation, and looking for a reliable HR partner.
Looking for a company which can :
– Identify the needs of the organisation, and recruit the correct set of people.
– Formulate HR policies, Employee Policies, Engagement and Performance review protocol, and develop teams.
– Review and report progress and efficacy, and hence take corrective actions.
It is a startup, and we do not have a big budget.
Questions :
a) Is it good, and is HR function important in startups ?
b) If yes, do you know of any company which can manage the HR from outside ?
c) If yes, would you have any idea on what kind of costs would this solution involve ?

You are a startup…your team is one of the most important components of your business.
Its the initial team which usually sets the culture of the org and paves the way forward for growth…why would you want to outsource one of your key functions at such an early stage ?

I do not have a full-fledged team, and do not have an HR manager. So in order to build a team, and do a competency mapping, I need to find an HR consultant/company who can do it for us.
