We are to conduct a meet where some startups will come and present their product/services for feedback … then the the audience will give the feedback in writing to the startups … just some new dimensions that might help them. Will love to see if the sequence is good, any add/Del/Edit suggestions?
Few questions to the start ups?
- How did you come to the idea of starting this product/Service? What problem are you solving?
- What made you pursue the idea?
- Market?
- User in mind while developing? What is your target segment? How do you want to position in there?
- Current Competitors – Will they eat you? Are their competitors? Are they already making money? How strong are the competitors?
- Is the market really good? Is the market new, saturated? How large is market?
- New competitors – Will they eat you? What entry barriers do you see in the market for other competitors? Will you be easily replace-able?
- What is needed to make the idea a success?
- Differentiators? What are your USPs?
- Time: Will releasing late be a problem?
- Money: Do you have Money to survive?
- People: Do you have people to build in the best way?
- Skills: Are wrong people wrong things? Usability, Marketing etc
- Market Understanding and reach
- Others
- Your SWOT analysis please
- How are planning to market it? Have you separated the budget for it?
- What are your current challenges? (This is where we see if we as SS can do some help here)
(We are not asking about your business model, money making things as if you are solving a problem and have the right approach, money path can be discovered)
