Hi I am in a bit of legal struggle as i hired a lawyer who misrepresented facts and i took him for the face value.
Can any one of you refer me to some one who has trial experience in High court and practices in property matters. Also I am specifically looking for some-one who has experience with section 100 of code of civil procedure.
My question is very simple ” can we challenge the concurrent findings of lower court on which high court has based its judgment” if yes then what is the time period for filing an appeal. Can you provide a citation?

Also my learning from above is never have a blind faith in your lawyer, engineer or any service provider. Keep tabs on them and keep asking awkward questions. And never take service providers at their face value.

And just to share, I had the SAME ISSUE in the Mumbai High Court for a personal matter where I was left in the LURCH by a lawyer who was charging me LACS for just a small matter.
I learnt this lesson myself – thankfully the JUDGE was understanding and HELPED OUT!!

I will prepare the BRIEF in 2 weeks and then mail you. As I have filled an application in court to get the arguments and counters as we have the final verdict copy only. All the lawyers we have consulted have asked for them.

I have found out the solution of my problem. And its a good news odds are in our favor. Our old council has taken small defeat because of unavailability of right information on right time.
