How did I get HIGH today!

So they say, no HIGH can match a HIGH that you get from your own business success. Coincidentally, today marks to be the first anniversary of resigning from my last job and putting my foot in the ship of Entrepreneur-ship. Surprisingly, I got HIGH or rather HIGHS today and like most of you would have guessed, it would have been from my business (how I wish). Neither I got a new client added to my business stable today nor achieved some milestone timeline targets.Neither I consumed a drop of LSD nor did I attain self-realization through meditation. So how did i get HIGH? 

So the first HIGH was experienced through “Celebrating Failures”, not mine but of some insurmountable entrepreneurs who shared their failures and how did they learnt from it and kept moving forward. 

I have met Kanchan Kumar previously, who assisted me to get connected to related industry veterans from the food industry who could help me understand this industry in much a better way. So my second HIGH came from listening to him today where he shares how to save your family from experiencing a million deaths when you are coping up with (almost) your own death. “I used to leave my house with a smile and return back with a smile”. One of the most sensitive lessons I could learn so far and would never forget for the rest of my life. And post the event when I tell him this, he hugs me and wishes me all the best: My third HIGH!

“Be ruthless.” Golden words from a remarkable entrepreneur: Alok Kejriwal who I idolize for entrepreneurship and spirituality as much as I idolize Steve Jobs! My fourth HIGH is when he comments on my choti (kept it cause of my father’s demise couple of month’s back) saying “its cool”, unintentionally not knowing the reason behind the choti. Fifth HIGH when I hug him. Sixth HIGH when I receive a text from him for the comment he made on my choti. (Thanks Dad, cause of you I received a text from Alok sir today 😉 )

Its not sane to get 6 HIGHS in just 3 hours. And yes while I am writing this I’m insane.
