Hi folks,
I run a gifts to India website, where we sell gift vouchers and greeting cards and its been an extremely good journey so far with very good response, however I wnted to know how we can overcome following challenges, kindly give me your opinions and suggestions on the same.
– We burnt a lot of money on PPC, fbk ads with almost zero sales response, and 100% conversion on our efforts on SEO, does that means PPC doesnt qualify for a good sales related expense.
– We get a lot of traffic from facebook, but not more then 2% culminate into sales, now more I read I see that fcommerce is the big thing, but I am lost on how to make it happen, any clues?
– SEO can only give you certain hits per month per day basis, so how can the business be scaled up?
Looking forward to your thoughts!
Amit.

Thanks Alok.

Amit : “WE ALSO MAKE STEEL” was the triumphant line of Tata Steel sometime back. Focus on your customers and not on your products. Interact and engage your customers in other aspects rather than the product. Every human being (customer) wants importance and want to feel important. If you can given him that he (customer) will be yours. This is the main aspect which is missing in the current online / ecommerce business.
