Pasta is generally thought to be made of maida and hence unhealthy, however we at “The Pasta Kitchen” want to change this!
A friend and I, both of us techies, are working on educating and being the single source of Amazing lip smacking pasta delicacies – healthy salads as well as yummy white/red sauce pasta!
We are looking for a chef who can make amazing pasta! Trouble is we don’t know where to get started!
There are a lot of “recruiters” who are asking for a months salary, with a 2-3 months replacement guarantee, however, I am a bit sceptic about this so called guarantee.
I was hoping someone here would be able to drop a liner or two about what we could do! Or if you have any other pointers for us, please do share!

amit, where are you based? and where will the pasta kitchen be located?
i shall ping divyesh for you since he is into healthy foods – his salads contain pasta, etc
i shall also ping other foodpreneurs like hitesh bhatia and karan pandhi who might be able to help you.

Hi Asha

Hi Amit,
See hiring a chef will not solve your problem.
Hire a chef and a trainer also both of you should learn how to make the pastas.
Are you’ll located in Mumbai? Since my own startup is in the closing phase.
I would be glad to help you both in giving you my expertise.
Regards,
Karan Pandhi

Hi Karan,
We are based in Delhi. Chef and trainer is what we wanted, however trainer is costing us about a lakh for a month, and we aren’t sure if that is a very good idea to invest that much amount upfront, without knowing if we are going in the right direction(market fit wise).

Asha, the story is already being written. I plan to post it this week itself!

Hi Amit,
Well I would suggest you try to speak to any catering college in Delhi, and get freshers to start-up, learn the skills also from them, and try to hold to those freshers.
IF they leave you should be able to keep the store running.

eagerly awaiting amit!!!
