How to make a database of your daily visits of websites

A Big Hello to Rodinhooders ,

As we are in the internet era and websites and blog pages are the most information providers now-a-days. so my Question is :-

DO we have any script in any language that can capture our browser history into a fully fledged data-base directory for our future references. As we may forget where is the source for some-information and have to Google it again and again some small peace of important reference ?

Is there any app, for android or any markers, pointers for the same ?

Thanks
