Hi Everyone,

I started my company last year. Ecommerce in USA. Need to hire some people urgently. Executives for Inventory Management and Product Catalog work. Have tried Naukri and Shine, but people just dont turn up for interviews. Cant understand why they waste everyone’s time by first confirming to appear for the interview and then not turning up.

Thanks for the response. You have started a really great service. However, since most of my work is done during night shifts, I am concerned about the safety of women employees for travelling during night in Kolkata.

The issue you have mentioned is a repetitive and daily scenario.

I believe you have made the right choice by asking for a recruiting firm to deal with it as “IT is the job of specialists”

There are few in the forum here like HRKapital.com try them if still it doesn’t work just reach out to me, I will try and give you a workable solution.
