How easy is it to get fu**ed? It is no rocket science. You can get fu**ed too…
Investor is just another Marwari who needs to be wooed to fund you. Most of the investors invest when they are 100% sure of the product. No one would come close to your product if the surety drops to 99% (Marwari Effect – Jaan Jaye par Rupya na Jaye).
At 99% & below you only get to hear these:
-Cannot see scale (Babu Bhai, Aankh check karao Ni)
-Need to see some traction (Babu Bhai, Uske baad tumhari zaroorat kyun)
-Not investing in this space (Barobar…, Darr sabko lagta hai)
-Space too crowded (Babu Bhai, Main hoon na. Gayab nahin hone dunga)
-Do not invest less than 10 Crores (Koi Nai. Mujhe 4 Crore chahiye. 10 bhi doge toh chalega)
-Do not invest more than 2 Crores (Babu Bhai, Tu chota marwari hai. Apun ke level ka nai)
-Completely stopped new investments (Dukaan nai chali kya Babu Bhai?)
-Between funds (Babu Bhai, Hota Hai Hota Hai. Kai baar aisa bhi hota hai)
-Blah Blah Blah (Bas Kar Babu Bhai… Apun ko saari asliyat pata hai….)
Entrepreneurs Don’t lose hope. Have fun when you hear those again.
Just don’t give up the fight……
