   Why do you want to use Rechargeable Cash cards ?

   Why not use the Humble SMART PHONES which everyone Has nowadays (Mostly) ??? And use for Recharging too ?

   Use a simple QR Code locked scanning app ? Scan the Code take the cash (if not already prepaid) and the ERP/ CRM (POS) does its work by adding the current rates (if changed) and tender the balance to them or add to the account again as applicable to the customers personalised account for the code so scanned with identification to start with simply. This would also let them have days total Inventory and sales, waste calculated too EOD for accounting or tally purposes (can also be used for forecasting). 

   For those not using Mobile phone based QR codes or apps (Similar to the current mentioned Tokens), a Printed card with a QR Code could be handed to them customised for use as well making it the same way useable too or again reprintable in case of lost or damaged as well from the System. 

   Or use a Mobile app for any required amount of Milk (or any  Product) with the respective Measure which can be customised instead of hardcoding either in Hardware format like the Tokens you mention for fixed amounts or also if some one needs more Milk on any particular day they should feel lost they did not get more tokens so to say the Dilemma and time lost for the purpose instead use the App to identify Confirm and make the payments in either a Wallet system or use any Cash payment Gateways that are available from the Rodinhoods like EashMart, Kyash and a few more for which they would be glad to assist you getting things organized too to store the prepaid amount s in their respective accounts to be deducted as per usage.

   You can also offer the services via Online portal and Buy off the net too with this integration, since Dairy products are Refrigerated products and have smaller Shelf life as well as they are perishable goods SELLing them faster is the best way to earn out of them than convert from Milk to CURD TO Butter to Ghee and the other related products to extend the product validity and make it cost effective.

   With this method you can also use the app to PUSH or Upsell other Dairy products to your Loyal customers can wish them and take Pre orders by noting their own and family members Birthdays Anniversaries, Festivals, Parties and any other ways that you can Think of for more Up sell opportunities likewise too Can also Offer Discount coupons codes from time to time, so they can buy other products (Ghee, Butter, Paneer, Buttermilk, Cheese, etc) which are slow moving or lower in quantity to be picked too maybe do a bundled offer with a small discount offered to boost sales and dispose products faster as well adding more value to the sale and bringing  in more effective resource management and sales self driven with the same as Offers and also can offer Loyalty points if they refer New customers from their network 🙂

   I know this may sound Crazy too but is it not possible and better too ? Needs a bit more thinking and exploring in the current Domain you are looking to implement it otherwise if you still need help getting the payment gateway setup for the Hardware Card based cash loaders and POS system integration you can connect with some like CCavenue here on  TRHS or also Atom Technologies.

   But then if your Brain starts to Churn the buttermilk out of the above mentioned points then you might need to Think of some better ways to do it to be effective for the long term too.

   Hi Darshan Ji,

   Actually the management is not that technically sound there. The customers of milk are also not handy with technology many are even not using smart phones. Currently the Gaushala is only selling milk. If we need to buy milk from Gaushala on a regular basis, we need to pay the total amount of milk according to our daily requirements in advance and in return the Gaushala management gives us the tokens which we can exchange for milk regularly for the whole month and then again we need to pay in advance on next month for more tokens.

   The management team is facing problem that they have to collect and manage all the tokens manually. I thought  to provide such a system to manage the regular distribution of milk supply for Gaushala that all the milk buyer will pay in advance and collect a prepaid card and when they visit Gaushala to get milk, they will provide that membership card which will be swiped on machine and the machine will show the balance and  and the management team will enter the quantity of milk and the amount for that quantity of milk will be deducted from card balance (the management team will the provide the required amount of milk to card holder) and the record will be set on machine while later can be transferred on computer on daily basis. This would be easier for the team for management of regular supply of milk to individuals.

   I think it will be just like we buy membership card on playzones.

   Maybe you are looking for something like ITZcash  cards, Why reinvent the wheel ?

   Not sure if You saw todays news paper ( TOI ) or if the Advertisement of New TATA Bolt Car promotion was included in  your local edition too Online version here.

   

   

   Check the Barcodes used for this promotion activity with the data embedded, you can also use a similar card (plastic) with QR codes or bar codes for data recording within your available resources and convenience of usage, Hope  I clarified enough ? Other details available on the earlier  links to check and connect or enquire as per your specific requirement with the respective vendors / service providers.

   hi,

   This is a new and great step taken by siliguri Goushala Committee.

   The system can be… u need to give A Normal Card with serial no. And barcode.
   Nd the committee will have a computer with the software installed (which I can develop if you need) and the prepaid amount will be debited from his account as the customers come to take milk and show their card. This will be economical as well as simple and will not require much of tech knowledge.
